I got to timberwolf mountain and died after finding the engine crash, and found a hacksaw, the hacksaw after that i found a cabin next to a fishing hut and created the fishing tackle from stuff i found in other buildings. The hacksaw however is the most useful thing by breaking down big branches you can get 3 firewood (1hr for fire) and 1 tinder.
